Never actually received services from her (wished I had though!). We have spoken on the phone numerous times and I have always found her knowledgeable, articulate, and very helpful. Very good reputation.

Heidi directly helped our son via OT but also helped us by guiding us to parenting resources that she thought would be particularly helpful in our case. For example, she got me to sign up for a collaborative problem solving course. When we started doing collaborative problem solving with our son, our life changed for the better. She was able to figure out my son's problem areas and help him and educate us at the same time so we could help him at home. Love her!
