Heidi Hynes, OTR/L
Heidi is the mother of 3 and has been an OT working in pediatrics since
graduating from the UW in 1986. She has extensive training and
experience in helping children with developmental and behavioral
differences. Her passion and expertise is in helping children who may
have diagnoses such as Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD); Anxiety
Disorder; mood disorder; ADHD; Dyspraxia; Autism Spectrum Disorder (or
PDD-nos); Aspergers Syndrome, or Oppositonal-Defiant Disorder. She is
particularly skilled in helping parents of children who may be described
as Difficult, Highly Inflexibility, Explosive, or Non-compliant. Besides
extensive training in her field of occupational therapy related to
children and identifying and treating SPD, Heidi has received advanced
clinical training from Drs. Ross Greene and Stuart Ablon in the
Collaborative Problem Solving Approach (The Explosive Child)

Deborah McGrew,
